I recently discovered Zazzle. Have you guys heard of it? It’s a site where you can practically personalize anything, from gift bags to frosting rounds to blankets and even cake pans!
You can use the designs they have and personalize it with your own text or, you can upload a design of your own! I’m a BIG fan of personalization and customization so I spent more time than I’d like to admit browsing the site, trying to narrow down how I can jazz up this year’s holiday gifts using Zazzle.
For this pumpkin season, I decided to try customizing their shortbread cookies. I used free printables from Simply Creative Insanity and Living Locurto and just added my own text. Easy peasy! Before ordering, you can even preview how your order will turn out! Online shopping at it’s best :)
I was so impressed when the cookies arrived. They were neatly packaged in cute little boxes complete with ribbon. Each cookie was even individually wrapped!
The cookies were flawless as is, but I wanted to jazz them up a little bit by adding a colorful border.
I simply melted down some candy wafers and coated the border of the cookies. Then, I rolled the border in a dish of Halloween sprinkles. Done!
These would make great party favors for your Halloween party this season! What about designing one to match wedding colors or baby shower or, uploading a picture of the birthday boy/girl? So many possibilities!
