Fun, festive, and easy, these Valentine’s Day Dipped Pretzels will make everyone feel special!
One of my favorite times to wander through the craft store is right after the holidays are over. That’s when stores are setting up their aisles for Valentine’s Day and everything is red and pink! I just get so giddy when I see it :D
I love to stock up on themed sprinkles (among other “supplies”) and Valentine’s Day is no exception. The sprinkles are so sweet-looking and I just can’t resist. My most recent haul was filled with different shapes, colors, and textures. I couldn’t wait to take them home and do something with them!
I kept things simple and created these easy Valentine’s Day Dipped Pretzels. Simply dip pretzels in melted chocolate, scoop on some sprinkles, and let set. How fun would these be to make with your kids? They can wrap them in cellophane bags and hand them out to all their friends! Or, bring them in for your co-workers? They will put a smile on everyone’s faces.
If you feel like mixing things up a bit, you can even dip it in white chocolate! I used large pretzels (Snyder’s of Hanover Olde Tyme), but feel free to use the small ones or even pretzel rods!
These Valentine’s Day Dipped Pretzels are a fun and easy treat that will make everyone feel special :D

Valentine's Day Dipped Pretzels
Ingredients
- Various decorative sprinkles
- 10 ounces dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 8 ounces large pretzels
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat. Pour each variety of sprinkles into individual shallow bowls.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, pour in the dark chocolate. Microwave the chocolate in 10 second increments, stirring in between each burst, until completely melted, glossy, and smooth.
- Working on one pretzel at a time, dip half of the pretzel into the melted chocolate. Gently tap the pretzel several times against the bowl to remove the excess chocolate.
- Holding the dipped section over the sprinkles bowl, gently spoon the sprinkles over the melted chocolate until fully covered. Place on the prepared baking sheet and allow to set (about 1 hour). Accelerate the set time by placing in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
I made these yesterday with my 2 year old grandson. We had a great time and they’re SO delicious!!
So fun! And what a wonderful memory you’re creating :) I’m so glad you enjoyed them!
